Job Title: Senior Consultant
Location: Frankfurt, Germany

This position involves planning, coordinating, and delivering client projects while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires leveraging a team of consultants to provide comprehensive support to clients. The successful candidate will apply knowledge of litigation support and technology to bridge the gap between clients’ specific requirements and production resources.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best practices.
- Continuously monitor and manage multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with production teams to allocate resources based on deadlines and priorities.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project life cycle.
- Gather project requirements and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all aspects of a project, including job tracking and chain of custody-related documents.
- Interact with clients to develop strong relations and demonstrate commitment to client success.
- Apply knowledge of EDRM protocols and implementation.
- Develop and implement new ideas for customized solutions on a client-by-client basis.

Knowledge and Experience:

- Extensive professional experience in eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management.
- Knowledge of litigation support applications and technologies, including Relativity, Brainspace, Reveal, Nuix, Concordance, Summation, Canopy, Ayfie.
- Strong technical understanding and/or experience with eDiscovery processes, lifecycle, and technical issues.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Qualifications and Specialist Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Additional certifications in relevant review tools or technologies.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Extensive working experience with industry-leading litigation support software.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German. Additional language skills are a plus.
- High degree of confidence and energy level coupled with leadership initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
