With over 25 years of recruitment experience across Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Technology and most recently the Cyber sector,  Justin has a track record of building and growing successful recruitment businesses. Adopting a customer centric approach that delivers a world-class service to customers while providing staff with a meaningful, supportive, and challenging career is his primary focus.

Having joined the APT team, Justins experience and philosophy will be invaluable to drive APT’s growth within the eDiscovery space, across Europe, Asia and the Americas. 

Outside of work, Justin is a keen cyclist and average golfer who enjoys a regular ice bath!  Outside of work, Justin spends much of his time walking the dog, ferrying the kids to school / hockey / netball, vacationing with friends and family – with a bucket list activity once a year

Matt is a business graduate who spent his early career in the MET Police. He excels at connecting people and specialises in UK Digital Forensics and eDiscovery. With a robust background in eDiscovery recruitment, Matt is excited to contribute to APT's growth and expansion in the sector. Outside of work, Matt is passionate about weightlifting and enjoys immersing himself in thrillers. His diverse interests and extensive experience will drive APT’s efforts to enhance its presence and impact in the eDiscovery space
