About the Opportunity
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Senior Project Manager to join its dynamic litigation support team, which is undergoing an organic growth stage.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing complex e-discovery workflows and implementing advanced litigation technology solutions. You will work closely with legal teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide high-level consultation, manage projects, and lead technology-based litigation support initiatives.
Locations: New York City, Boston, Washington D.C, Chicago, LA and San Francisco
Key Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Senior Project Manager:
- Act as a primary point of contact for e-discovery project management and provide strategic consultation to legal teams on data preservation, collection, processing, review, and production.
- Help roll out GenAI programs and toolings for internal innovation
- Design and manage workflows that utilise advanced tools, including technology-assisted review (TAR) and data analytics.
- Collaborate with internal legal tech experts and attorneys to enhance litigation processes using innovative tools and methodologies.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members while delegating project components as needed.
- Develop training materials and lead sessions for attorneys and support staff on litigation technologies.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
- Support firm-wide initiatives in legal technology innovation and best practices development.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with legal technology standards and procedures.
Key Qualifications of this eDiscovery Senior Project Manager:
- At least 4 years of litigation support experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.
- In-depth expertise in e-discovery, the litigation lifecycle, and legal technologies.
- Strong experience using platforms such as Relativity, Brainspace, Opus 2, and other litigation support tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and train internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in working with clients and legal professionals in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Full US citizenship required, no sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including:
- $165,000 to $195,000 base salary
