eDiscovery Project Manager
Introduction
We’re currently partnering with a global leader in legal and compliance services to find an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong project oversight skills and a passion for legal technology to join a high-performing team that handles complex discovery matters across industries.
In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for high-level discovery projects, working closely with legal teams, IT specialists, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Project Manager
- Manage end-to-end eDiscovery matters, including data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Forecast and manage budgets, providing clear and timely reporting on KPIs and metrics.
- Leverage expertise in platforms such as Relativity and proprietary review tools.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and IT teams to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Provide consultative support to clients and advise on best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping grow internal expertise and consistency.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development through knowledge sharing and relationship building.
Qualifications of an eDiscovery Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in legal technology, litigation support, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing eDiscovery or legal technology projects.
- Strong expertise with Relativity and similar review platforms.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Excellent client management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with global teams and coordinating across time zones.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel if required.
