APT Search are looking for eDiscovery Junior Project Managers & eDiscovery Project Managers for clients across the UK with both opportunities for hybrid work environments and fully remote for those who are potentially based further outside of London.

Experience Required:

• 2-5 years of experience within an eDiscovery environment which could be Law Firm, Vendor, Management Consulting / Accounting firm or boutique provider.
• Experience of project managing within the EDRM.
• Technical hands on administration level experience with Relativity and/or RelativityOne, RCA's preferred but not a requirement. Other eDiscovery tools may be considered at admin level such as Nuix, Axcelerate, Oasis etc...
• Experience of dealing with clients, lawyers and internal stakeholders under sometimes high pressure situations with confidence having 'hard to have' conversations.
• Experience within Case Administration and/or Case Management. This may include topics such as working with email threading, de-duplication and batch coding.
• Experience with Data Reporting and QA/QC.
• Experience managing concurrent projects at one time.

With this comes a need for great interpersonal skills with both clients and team members, technical aptitude, an eye for detail, high levels of writing and communication skills.

Nice extra's to have:

• RelativityOne experience with certifications.
• Analytics experience within Brainspace/Reveal (or NexLP), Relativity Analytics or other data visualisations skills.
• Coding / Programming experience dominantly in SQL and or Python.
• Language skills within German, French, Spanish or others across the EU.
• Data Collection / Data Processing skills.
