Forensic Data Analytics Consultant or Senior Consultant

A large global consultancy firm is looking for a couple of additions to the Forensic Data Analytics team to join their specialist team of forensic technology service lines. This is part of a continuously growing and expanding Forensic Technology success in Germany going back a few years prior to Germany turning into a hot zone for eDiscovery, FDA and Cyber Security hiring.




There is flexibility for both a Forensic Data Analytics Consultant and/or Senior Consultant, you will get exposure to a vast selection of industries/client sizes looking to understand their data more efficiently and be proactive in making safe and secure decisions for their clients. You’ll be invested into, gain a great sense of belonging in a team that is collectively driven globally under a global utilisation system where no one is overworked.




As a Forensic Data Analytics team member, you will be utilising use your skills in SQL, Python or R to identify patterns and irregularities in client’s data which can be demonstrated through data visualisation tools.


You can also expect to be involved in the following:


  • Working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Diligently carry out work with quality checking in place to ensure data is clean.
  • Utilising data visualisation tools.
  • Engaging client stakeholders internally and externally with a variety of responsibilities.




The successful Forensic Data Analytics Consultant will possess the following skills and experience:


  • A Bachelor or master’s degree is preferred but with a lean on technology, science or mathematics.
  • Consultant 1-2 years of experience in data analytics OR Senior Consultants 2-4 years of experience in data analytic (investigative/legal related preferred).
  • Proficient using SQL, Python, R or other programming tools, although SQL/Python are the main day to day tools used.
  • Data Visualisation tool experienced preferred such as Tableau, PowerBi or Qliksense.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with irregular travel to the office, currently once every 2 weeks if that at the moment.




  • €40,000-€85,000 + Bonus (dependent on experience level)
  • Opportunity for small occasions of travelling to other countries.
  • Majority remote working - infrequent travel the office.
